Chris Hampson

Since a very early age, I developed my love for houses and buildings and construction in general and would use ‘Lego’ as my building blocks to develop this interest which has stuck with me from childhood into adulthood. 

I have worked in the property industry for over a decade and have always been very passionate about property and the importance of giving a professional service. 

Orchid Homes offers a personalised customer service using the ‘building blocks’ of listening closely to customers requirements, building relationships and developing trust to ensure quality outcomes for each client. 

We offer transparency with open, honest quality advice. 

Mei Yee Chan

I was born in Hong Kong. When I was 16, my family moved to Canada and after graduation from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, I moved back to Hong Kong and started working as a trainee Civil Engineer, becoming a chartered Civil Engineer in 2003. I furthered my education with an L.L.B. (i.e. law degree) and a Masters Degree specialising in construction law and dispute resolution.  In 2016, I relocated to the UK. 

With the knowledge in law and project management in construction industry I am very committed in ensuring all the letting comply with all the relevant legislation and regulations and also ensuring all the properties in good and sound maintenance and repair.

Mei also understands the importance of good communication between landlords and tenants and will always to try to be attentive and responsive to the needs/ requests from landlords and tenants.
